   We are a non-smoking facility. Non-compliance will result in a $250 cleaning fee and any additional costs for lost revenue.No early check-ins.We have a $25 per room processing fee on all cancellations.Due to our intimate size any cancellations affect us significantly. consequently, we adhere to a strict 14 day cancellation policy. Cancellations, for any reason, with less than the required 14 days, will be charged in full. Late arrivals, or early departures will charged in full unless we are given 14 days notice. Some holidays require a 30 day cancellation period.The Inn does not meet the needs of children under 12 years of age.We are unable to accommodate pets but we will gladly recommend a nearly kennel.A 18% gratuity will be added to all Special Packages.Deposit: A 50% deposit is required with a reservation of three or more nights. Full payment in advance required for reservations of one or two nights. |
