This incredible-edible weekend begins on Friday with evening hors d'oeuvres and optional chocolate, or chocolate raspberry martinis.
On Saturday enjoy a leisurely "candlelight & crystal" breakfast. We've also reserved two tickets to the 13th Annual Chocolate Fest in New London for Saturday afternoon. Taste chocolate creations and desserts from local restaurants as the vie for the 2008 winner of the Chocolate Challenge.

Moonlight Snow Shoe Weekend
February 22-24
Just listen to the silence...the forest is holding its breath. Fresh snow lies deep in the New Hampshire mountains, challenging you to strap on your snow shoes and go off into the moonlight. With out mountainwise guide to lead us, we're ready for some winter fun, knowing there's a cozy fire to return to at evenings end.
Weekend package includes two nights accommodations, hearty country breakfasts, Saturday evening hors d'oeuvres, "fireside supper" (soup, stews, salad and desserts) and guided snow shoe trek and bonfire.

This is a sure cure for winter doldrums! This weekend package includes a mapped, self guided tour of neighboring sugar houses… see maple syrup made the old-fashioned way and learn the history of the time honored tradition from the Native Americans to the present. The guide also includes suggestions for antiquing
