The Highland Lake Inn, a gentleman's farmhouse located in East Andover, will offer a cooking class featuring Chef Pecco Beaufays and his recipe for crème brulee. In addition, Marsha Siegel from Country Spun Treasures will hold a demonstration on quilting and wool projects, including spinning yarn into wool, dyeing wool, and weather permitting, a sheep herding demonstration.

The Henniker House, located in the picturesque college town of Henniker and on the banks of the Contoocook River, will host a workshop on knitting and crocheting. Yvonne (MiMi) Devine will help guests repair a treasured crocheted item, or help them create a new heirloom of their own. Guests can experiment with doily creations, or they can receive pointers on a knitting or crocheted project they already have in the works. The Blue Acorn Inn, located on 22 peaceful acres in Sunapee, will have a demonstration on jewelry making using Swarovski crystals and other stones by Andrea Markarian. Pieces made during the demonstration will be available for purchase. The culmination of the weekend is a four-course, Victorian Tea on Saturday evening at 5pm at the award-winning Rosewood Country Inn in Bradford.
