The first event is "NH Open Doors" November 8 & 9. NH Made and the League of NH Craftsmen have combined their efforts and are expanding the original concept of "open studios". Visitors will meet artisans and craft people, including specialty food producers, retail shops, restaurants, farm stands and orchards, lodging properties, cultural events, attractions and more. Participants statewide "open their doors" that weekend and provide  an "inside look" at their craft and their livelihood. Create your own self-guided tour at your own pace- with just enough options just in the Sunapee area to keep you entertained. Dickens Christmas Weekend Dec. 12-14 Our wonderful old inn seems to have been made for decorating. Each year we look forward to our "Spirit of Christmas" presentation, as thousands of twinkling lights and the aroma of gingerbread get us in the mood for the festive season ahead. After a hearty breakfast  you'll be ready for our Victorian Christmas Tea and Inn Tour ($20 pp) and you will enjoy two delicious days visiting ten elegant inns decorated in all of their holiday finery, sipping a lovely hot cup of tea and enjoying scrumptious tea nibbles. Saturday evening will be festive as we enjoy our Dickens Holiday Buffet Dinner.
