We are a non-smoking facility. Non-compliance will result in a $250 cleaning fee and any additional costs for lost revenue.

We have a $25 per room processing fee on all cancellations.

Due to our intimate size any cancellations affect us significantly. consequently, we adhere to a strict 14 day cancellation policy. Cancellations, for any reason, with less than the required 14 days, will be charged in full.

Late arrivals, or early departures will charged in full unless we are given 14 days notice. Some holidays require a 30 day cancellation period.

The Inn does not meet the needs of children under 12 years of age.

We are unable to accommodate pets but we will gladly recommend a nearly kennel.

A 18% gratuity will be added to all Special Packages.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required with a reservation of three or more nights. Full payment in advance required for reservations of one or two nights.

Queen and King size beds are available.

Third person in room $25.

There is a 2 night minimum on some weekends, please enquire. Some holiday weekends require a 3 night stay.

Wireless internet is available in all rooms.

Large corner suite with turret and cozy fireplace. Queen size tester bed with canopy, sitting area with fainting couch and wing chair. A/C, TV/VCR and CD player. Rate: $189-229

Dreamcatcher Suite #12

"Best room in the house!!!" This very large, third floor suite has a Lake Placid motif with a cathedral ceiling, rustic log corner fireplace, king size Old Hickory bed, queen sleeper sofa, wing chairs, ceiling fan and A/C. Large window seat overlooks meadows and mountains. Armoire has TV/VCR/DVD. Large bath has "his and hers" pedestal sinks, corner shower and romantic, corner "Jacuzzi for two". Rate: $259-299

Windsong Suite #8

Overlooks herb garden and open meadow. Queen size pewter canopy bed with netting. Cozy fireplace with wing chairs. Bath has romantic, 5-foot, double headed "shower for two". A/C Rate: $169-$199

Moondancer Suite #11

Third floor suite with A/C and queen size four poster cherry bed, and two large window seats overlooking forest and open meadows. Cozy fireplace with wing chairs. Bath has "his and hers" sinks and 5-foot double headed "shower for two".

Thomas Jefferson Suite #3

Luxury suite has queen size cherry four-poster bed, "Jacuzzi-for-two", fireplace, TV/VCR, A/C. Overlooks mountains, perennial gardens and pond.

Mary Pickford Suite #9

Large corner suite overlooking gazebo and footbridge. Queen size brown wicker bed, queen sleeper sofa, A/C, cozy fireplace, and armoire with TV/VCR. Large bath has "his and hers" sinks and five foot double headed "shower for two". Rate: $189-$229

Whispering Pines #4

Queen size cannonball bed done in rich, dark green paisley and burgundy. Rate: $129-$149

Williamsburg Room #6

Queen size pineapple post bed done in Williamsburg blue with burgundy accents. Overlooks perennial garden, gazebo and pond. A/C. Rate: $139-$159

Sturbridge Suite #7

Large 3rd floor suite with a king size sleigh bed done in a colonial mustard gold and wine. Features a cozy fireplace with wing chairs, TV/DVD, CD player, A/C and tub/shower bath. Rate: $179-$209
